Description: The project design is for a 5 bedroom residential duplex of which its ground floor area occupies 156.527m². It is a unique design which comprises of a high entrance door of 2.8m leading to a living room, the building also has an open kitchen concept with glass collapse-able doors creating continuity from the entrance to the kitchen. It has a penthouse in form of studio apartment with a rare concept of wooden stairs leading to it. With its luxurious 5 bedrooms all in suite. A service quarter, a beautiful entertainment lounge as well as an outdoor swimming pool concept are all inclusive.
