Description: This project involves the renovation of an over 15yrs residential building to a modern building. The compound comprises of 2 three bedroom apartment and 2 two bedroom with large compound space.
The project was aimed at reinforcing the frame of the structure with additional columns and beam including replacing damaged floor, walls, modify floor plans. After which all surfaces are rendered with modern materials.
